Biodanza (proposed by Raphaëlle) is an invitation to return to the body and the essential, welcoming sensations and emotions, in connection with others and in the energy of the collective. A semi-guided dance to world music, to build self-confidence and trust in others, through movement and contact. Reservations recommended.
