Playful body games with Cécile: a playful session of self-expression, cohesion and letting go. Everyone comes as they are, to experience a moment of benevolence, respect and joy.

Biodanza session with Raphaëlle: Biodanza is an invitation to return to one's body, to what is essential, by listening to and welcoming one's sensations and emotions, in connection with others and the group, to enrich our experience of life. A semi-guided expression of dance movement to music from around the world.

Program:
10am - 12pm: playful games
12pm - 2pm: Spanish-style lunch
2pm - 4pm: biodanza session on confidence
4pm - 5pm: wrap-up and farewell

Reservations required. Possibility of coming for half a day.
Soft clothing and bottle of water welcome.
