Exposition : "Histoire d'Imaginer" de Sybille Delacroix

The Sarlat Children?s Book Fair honors the theme of the imagination for the 2026 edition. Push open the doors of the Médiathèque to discover the illustration work of one of the authors and illustrators invited to the Salon by the Amicale Laïque section, Sibylle Delacroix. Published for twenty-five years by leading children?s publishers, Sibylle is a dexterous pencil wielder. She focuses on the depth of her lines with gentleness and precision. A selection of two children?s books evokes dreams and imagination: "L?heure de la sieste" (2022 ? Mijade): a little girl on vacation at her grandmother?s finds herself at that special moment when little ones aren?t ready to fall asleep... "Graines de sable" (2017 ? Bayard Jeunesse): children's imaginations are nourished by a return from a seaside vacation, when a bit of sand is left at the bottom of a shoe?
