Danse - Compagnie Sylex Sylvie Balestra "GRRRRR"

Grrrrr is a dance solo for young audiences aged 3 and upwards, performed in a very close circle. The piece features a dance ritual in which animal figures appear in skins, fur and feathers. An impressive costume transforms the body, from tiger to bird to horse. This bestiary of hybrid animals with dancer?s legs takes spectators into a universe that is at once gentle, grotesque and magical. Through an anthropological and playful approach, this show will raise awareness among young spectators, taking them back to the origins of dance. A wild and joyous experience, Grrrrr invites us all to get moving, children and adults alike, in a grand final ball.
