Concert - Tigre qui pleure "EL GATO NEGRO"

It's no secret that Toulouse, in south-west France, has given birth to many talented singers and musicians. Here's one of its offspring, a black cat with a tendency to travel and bring good luck, who has taken to escaping the rooftops of the pink city to travel the world. An inexhaustible traveler, it was in Dakar that El Gato Negro stopped to record Tigre Qui Pleure.

On his new album, produced by Guts, Axel, aka El Gato Negro, deploys an unexpected musical depth, combining gentleness and complexity in his messages. His tour brings together Salif Diarra, Mary May and Pablo Senties, blending Mandingo influences, rap and Afro-Latin percussion.

From "Cumbia Libre" to his involvement with Amnesty International, El Gato Negro has honored Latin music and explored electronic sounds, leaving his mark wherever he has lived.
