Atelier parents/enfants bols tibétains

Come and discover Tibetan bowls with your child/children from 4pm.

Screening of a mini-documentary on how Tibetan bowls are made, then discovery of bowls with mallets: how to hold them, learn to ring and sing them with your children, listen to the different sounds.
We end the children's workshop with a mini relaxation session using Tibetan bowls, followed by a snack.
Duration: approx. 30/45 mins. from 4pm to 5pm.

If you're able to arrange childcare, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. you'll be able to take part in a Tibetan bowl sound relaxation for adults.

Contraindications: pacemakers, internal hearing aids, pregnant women, epileptics.
Please bring yoga mat, cushions, plaids and water bottle.
